Clear Creek Fairway
In the ever-evolving realm of architectural marvels, we are excited to unveil a design that not only encapsulates aesthetic pleasure but also offers flexibility in terms of function and space allocation. Nestled beside the serene backdrop of the Lake Tahoe region, we present a design that offers just that, and more. Imagine building your dream home on Lot 134 in phases, tailoring your investment according to your immediate need and then scaling up for future desires. The design we’ve created offers a range of options, starting from a cozy 2,700-square-foot house, which can either stand-alone or transition into a casita at a later time. For those envisioning a more substantial setting, there are options for a 4,800- or 5,600-square-foot main house. The latter would include an additional ground-floor primary bedroom. The ultimate vision? An expansive 7,500-square-foot home inclusive of a guest wing. With four garage spaces, the final complex spans 8,800 square feet. THE MAIN HOUSE Designed to merge structure with nature, the main house provides breathtaking views of the 13th hole and opposing mountains. While the scenic beauty entices, the design provides privacy from the adjacent path, offering you the best of both worlds. Within, you’re welcomed by a living and dining space showcasing vaulted ceilings. An upper bridge leads you to a harmonious loft that would be the ideal setting for a piano. Large glass sliders pave the way for a seamless indoor/outdoor experience. Step outside, and you’re greeted by a fire pit, dining terrace, outdoor kitchen, and jacuzzi. The dining room offers built-in wine storage, complemented by a wet bar, while the kitchen – spacious and sophisticated – comes with built-in table seating plus an island bar. Our personal favorite? The bi-fold window and door system opens the interior kitchen onto outdoor seating. For those seeking retreat, a second-floor primary suite promises privacy, panoramic views, and an expansive dressing room and bath, topped off with a private deck. The house also comes with two guest bedrooms, both furnished with ensuite baths and spacious walk-in closets. A bunk room, sleeping 10, could instead be a flexible space – from a family room to a home office or even a yoga studio, the possibilities are endless. THE GUEST HOUSE The guest house encompasses three bedrooms and two baths. A special feature is the luxurious and private lap pool – perfect for dedicated swimmers. When summer breezes in, large doors open to transform this indoor haven into an open, airy outdoor space. If a lap pool doesn’t resonate with your vision, this space stands ready to be converted to suit your needs. One of the standout elements is the glass bridge connecting the main and guest houses. However, if you desire separation, this bridge can be removed from the design, ensuring that the guest house stands as an independent entity, offering complete privacy. While this home is about luxury and scenic views, it’s also an ode to flexible living, a tribute to contemporary architecture’s ability to evolve and adapt. For those who value beauty, quality, and adaptability, this home is a dream waiting to be transformed into reality. Custom cabinetry in the kitchen mixes cool blues and warm wood tones. Tile pattern and custom vanity cabinets in the bathrooms were carefully composed with color and texture to pull it all together with warmth and interest. Project Manager | Tracy Rogers
